Mark Shah Akbari has taken over as head chef at Moon Restaurant. The new chef has brought a strong team - chefs from China who have not previously worked in Russia, sushi chefs, robata grill masters and dim sum makers.
An important feature of Moon is 10 separate rooms (from 10 to 20 guests each), one of them with its own teppan, several with modern karaoke.
The creators of the project are confident that the city has an unrealized request for small spaces for parties, celebrations and negotiations.
